Alana is well-known throughout the Pioneer Valley for her singing and acting abilities. Performing since the age of 10, she has had a number of lead roles on local stages and went on to win best-actress in the Community Theatre Association's Festival in 2005. She is also the lead vocalist for the band Ruby's Complaint, appearing mostly in the Franklin County, MA area and is the 2007 Valley Idol winnner and audience favorite. Vocal influences include Carole King, Linda Ronstadt, Olivia Newton-John and Pat Benetar. By day, Alana is a special needs teacher with Greenfield, MA Public Schools and is currently working toward her masters degree in education.

Jeff is a 29-year veteran lead vocalist and has been the frontman for many Western MA area bands, including Rainbow, Backlash & Factory Defect. He has also performed as an acoustic solo act. He is also the lead vocalist for the band Compromised. Vocal influences include Steve Perry, Don Dokken, and a host of other 1980s-era rock bands. When he's not out front singing, Jeff can be found playing golf or softball and is a renowned pool shark in the off-season. By day he is a regional delivery driver.

Leo has been playing in local bands such as Meanstreak, Backlash, Factory Defect, and Minotaur for over 30 years. He is also currently the lead guitarist for the bands Ultimatum and Compromised. Leo counts Joe Perry, George Lynch and Neil Schon as his guitar playing influences. In his down time he enjoys spending time with his kids. By day, he is employed as a computer programmer.

Matt has been playing the keyboards in various local bands for the last 25+ years, including Missing In Action, Badge and Factory Defect. He is also currently the keyboard player for the dance rock party band Vivid from Hartford, CT. He started playing classical piano at age 9, but enjoys the more modern influences of Ray Charles, Jonathan Cain, Jim Brickman, Elton John and Billy Joel. He is an avid NASCAR fan and very much a dog person. By day, Matt works in a regional 911 call center, and furthered his education by obtaining his masters degree in Forensic Psychology.

Mike has been playing bass guitar for over 23 years in various bands throughout Connecticut. His influences include Kiss, Queensryche and Rush. Mike is also currently the bass player for the dance rock party band Vivid from Hartford, CT. By day, Mike works as an audio/video technician.

Bob has been drumming in the Pioneer Valley for the last 32 years in bands such as Minotaur, Backlash, Sylent Rage and Factory Defect, and has been performing with Leo for almost as long. He currently is also the drummer for Compromised. He claims the Trans-Siberian Orchestra and anything theatrical to be his influences, and when he's not on stage with the band, he's on stage performing in the local comedy murder-mystery dinner theatre group Comical Mystery Tour. By day, Bob is a licensed master plumber and mechanical estimator.
